Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content (UGC Policy)
ArabicTalk is a social platform that allows users to generate content (text, images, audio). We have a strict Zero Tolerance Policy regarding objectionable content and abusive behavior.
By using this Service, you agree NOT to post, upload, or transmit any content that:
Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, or fraudulent.
Contains explicit sexual content, nudity, or pornography.
Promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, or sexual orientation.
Depicts child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAM). Any instance of this will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local authorities immediately.
Constitutes spam, unauthorized advertising, or solicitations.
Moderation and Enforcement
We employ automated systems and human moderators to monitor public chat spaces 24/7. We reserve the right to:
Review and remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms without prior notice.
Ban, suspend, or terminate the accounts of users who violate our policies.
Cooperate with law enforcement regarding illegal activities.
Users can report objectionable content or abusive users directly within the app using the "Report" feature located in the user profile or chat options. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to access or use this Service. By accessing or using the Service, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age and with the full authority, right, and capacity to enter into this agreement.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Changes
